DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW
Uma Seaman has studied Ashtanga for many years and that practice has now evolved into a "Dynamic Vinyasa Flow." As a dancer and a bodyworker she merges a therapeutic approach with an expressive, energetic technique. Her classes include pranayama, bandhas, core strengthening and a heat building, challenging Vinyasa flow finishing with a restorative, meditative chill.
Please bring a cushion or blanket to sit on for mediation practice.
